Dr. Raehl joined the faculty in 1995. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Raehl completed a rotating osteopathic internship at Muskegon General Hospital before serving four years in the Indian Health Service as a general medical officer in Bethel, Alaska. Dr. Raehl subsequently finished her family practice residency at the Eau Claire Family Practice Residency Program in 1995. She completed the University of North Carolina Faculty Development Fellowship in 1997.

Dr. Raehl coordinates the musculoskeletal curriculum. Her special interests are prolotherapy, osteopathic manipulation and the citizen athlete.
