Arboretum Cleanup a Success!

Arboretum Service Days

Thanks to everyone who participated in the Arboretum Clean Up on April 16 as part of the DFMCH’s Days of Service.  The weather was perfect and the Arboretum staff appreciated the help. The focus of this cleanup was at the Oak Savanna Restoration.  Thanks again to the following DFMCH members who worked to cut brush and remove invasive garlic mustard and planted Canadian rye seed.

  • Gabrielle Bruno
  • Kim Bruksch
  • Marite Hagman
  • Beth Howlett
  • Dave Kunstman
  • Chester Small
  • Doug Smith
  • Angela Lara Sosa

This was the final Days of Service activity planned in honor of the 45th anniversary of DFMCH. All of the activities have been a big success in bringing members of the department together and providing a valuable community service!  The Executive Team and Office of Community Health would like to thank everyone who participated in our Days of Service Projects.
