Join us for Hackfest 2012!

A Scramble Golf Event for Family Medicine and Cancer Research

August 17, 2012, 1:00 PM
Tumbledown Trails Golf Course
7701 West Mineral Point Road, Middleton

The Hackfest 2012 golf outing promises to be a great day of golf, friends and fun to raise money for family medicine and tumor removal research.

All proceeds raised will be contributed to the Caring for Wisconsin—Today and Tomorrow Department of Family Medicine Fund, and Tumor Removal Research for the Neurological Surgery Research and Educational Fund. These funds will be used to help pay for cancer research and to support family medicine education and research. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t played golf before—no golfing skills are required. It’s called Hackfest for a reason!

Cost: $100 per player ($400 for a foursome). Your fee includes lunch from the Vintage Brewing Company, 18 holes of golf and a cart. You can win prizes, 50/50 raffles, or golf swag at each hole. Pizza from Ian’s will be provided after golf.

Payment is due August 1, 2012.
