Technology Training

The DFM Technology Training Team supports faculty, residents, researchers, and staff who use technology in their teaching, research, or business.

Based on feedback from a recent technology survey, the Technology Training Team is focusing on a new initiative to provide training to DFM employees. Since everyone has a different learning style, we offer a variety of opportunities for people to plug in and learn technology that will assist them in performing their jobs more efficiently and effectively. We have developed different training options for DFM users, including clinic open houses, lunch and learns, computer based training (CBT) modules and application specific training. These are available under Training Documents below

"Tech Talk" - Technology Training Open House

Once a month at Alumni Hall, members of the ITS Technology Training Team make themselves available to DFM employees for computer-related questions. This is a casual, unstructured time and the topics have been quite varied.
Perhaps your own questions have already been answered. Click the link below for a summary of the questions asked at our most recent Open Houses.
